Workspace Brand Kit

The Workspace Brand Kit lets you define the public-facing identity of your business. These details automatically customize the hosted chat page, ensuring that visitors see your branding, colors, contact details, and images instead of a generic shell.

Brand Identity Fields

The Brand Kit consists of several optional fields. You can configure them to match your business's visual style:

1. Business Profile

  • Display Name (displayName): The public name of your business (e.g., Sakhi Salon) shown at the top of the chat page.
  • Tagline (tagline): A short one-line description or welcome message shown directly beneath the display name.
  • Logo URL (logoUrl): Absolute URL to a square logo (recommended dimensions: 256×256px). Renders as the chat avatar.

2. Custom Color Themes

Color parameters must be valid hex values (e.g. #2563eb).

  • Button Color (buttonColor): Controls high-intent action buttons (e.g., CTA cards, send button, main action actions).
  • Accent Color (accentColor): Controls soft visual accents like selected states, links, chat message bubble tints, and fallback banner icons.
  • Primary Color (primaryColor): Legacy color theme kept as a fallback for older workspaces.

3. Contact Information

  • Website URL (websiteUrl): Absolute outbound URL to your business's main website.
  • Phone (phone): The public support or booking phone number (renders as a clickable tel: link on mobile).
  • Address (address): Your physical street or mailing address.

4. Cover Images

  • Cover Image URLs (coverImageUrls): Up to 4 absolute URLs to landscape images. These are displayed as an automatic 16:9 carousel at the top of your hosted business page. Recommended dimensions: 1600×900px or larger.

Graceful Fallbacks

Every field in the Brand Kit is optional. If a field is not configured, the hosted chat page degrades gracefully:

  • No Logo: Renders a themed avatar badge using the first letter of the business name.
  • No Cover Images: Renders a CSS-themed fallback block using the workspace's accent color.
  • No Colors Configured: Falls back to default KriyaOS theme styles.

Setup & Updates

The Brand Kit can be updated from the workspace settings dashboard.

  • Owners and Admins can update the Brand Kit at any time.
  • Changes go live immediately on the hosted chat page without needing to redeploy or publish a new version of the agent.

Pro Tip

Updating your brand kit updates the appearance of all agents in that workspace running on the hosted chat page.

Using The Brand Kit In Print Kit

Published agents with Hosted Chat enabled can use the Workspace Brand Kit in their Print Kit.

Poster and visiting-card branding is selected separately. When a format uses Workspace Brand Kit, it reads the current business display name, logo, and brand color without copying those values into the agent's Print Kit record.

This means:

  • Brand Kit changes flow into non-overridden Print Kit branding
  • an agent can override individual Print Kit fields while continuing to inherit the rest
  • Custom Print Kit branding affects only that print format
  • the fixed Powered by KriyaOS attribution remains on every output
